The war room fell hard for CJ Donaldson, and it showed at the 191st overall pick: 109 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
