You can draft well and still miss the point. The Browns did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.
They went 2 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
