Nobody else had Wesley Bissainthe anywhere near the 228th pick. The Jets did, by 57 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

That Sarratt pick is the receipt they will wave around later. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
