The rest of the league had time to spare on Ricardo Hallman; the Buccaneers did not wait, grabbing him 117 spots ahead at No. 195. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.
Lawrence at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.
In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
Pick-by-Pick
