Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Tony Rojas at pick 32 is 336 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

Landing Terrell that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Hit on Tony Rojas and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.

Pick-by-Pick

R1.32 · Pick 32 · Tony Rojas · LB · rank 368
In No. 32 they get a downhill thumper at linebacker, a steep price for the projection. The biggest hole, addressed.
R2.32 · Pick 64 · Makai Lemon · WR · rank 10
Makai Lemon at Round 2, Pick 32 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
R3.32 · Pick 96 · Avieon Terrell · CB · rank 15
They robbed the room for Avieon Terrell here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
R6.7 · Pick 188 · J'Mari Taylor · RB · rank 195
No drama and no debate, J'Mari Taylor went about where he belonged in the Round 6 slot. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
