The Cowboys spent real capital to be 112 picks early on Steven Parker, and the board is going to hold them to it. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
