The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Rondell Bothroyd went at the 243rd pick, a good 70 picks before the board was ready. No fireworks, but a solid B-.
The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Barton. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 2 of 8 of the wish list covered.
The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
