You can hear the double-takes from here. The Dolphins took Dametrious Crownover at the Round 3 slot, roughly 64 spots before his name belonged. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Slaughter. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
