You could see the war room lean forward. Demetrius Knight Jr. at the 256th overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice.
Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
