The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Patriots watched TreVeyon Henderson slide 88 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

They will need Slackman to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

The Schwesinger pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and quarterback.

In the end it comes back to Tate Ratledge, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
