Nobody else had Sam Hartman anywhere near the 251st pick. The Packers did, by 32 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

That Paul pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
