Nobody else had Hayden Hatten anywhere near pick No. 246. The Packers did, by 55 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. The Jones pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
