Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Brennan Armstrong at the 251st overall pick is 34 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Clark at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
