You build a draft on nights like this. Christian Haynes had no business being available in slot 201, and the Packers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The cost of the Eichenberg reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
