The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Vikings spent their marquee pick on Michael Penix Jr., and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 1 of 8 of the wish list covered. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
