More right than wrong for the Cowboys, and a B- to prove it.

Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Cowboys never addressed linebacker, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.
Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
Pick-by-Pick
A market-rate edge rusher, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Chris Braswell. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Jackson Powers-Johnson in slot 56 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
A tidy little value on Jermaine Burton in the Round 3 slot, a step better than break-even. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
No drama and no debate, Jonathon Brooks went about where he belonged in pick No. 71. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
By-the-book stuff, Cam Hart at pick 124 squarely in line with his ranking. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Josh Proctor at the 174th pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
