You could see the war room lean forward. Barrett Carter at Round 5, Pick 16 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.
They are betting Skattebo proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Cam Skattebo at the 47th pick is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Somehow Jalon Walker was still sitting there in the Round 3 slot, and they pounced on premier linebacker value. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
You do not let a linebacker like Demetrius Knight Jr. reach the 114th overall pick and blink. They did not. The roster fit checks out.
Barrett Carter at pick 153 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
