The Cowboys spent real capital to be 146 picks early on Tre Williams, and the board is going to hold them to it. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Skattebo. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

The Watts pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at cornerback, quarterback and other spots. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
