The Dolphins clearly saw something nobody else did in Wesley Bissainthe, taking him 58 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

That Scott pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
