The JT Daniels pick is the one that will follow the Patriots into the fall. They took him 222 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

The James pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.

With wide receiver unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
