The rest of the league will want that one back. TreVeyon Henderson tumbling to the Texans in slot 126 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.
The West pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.
They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In slot 25 they get a building block for the line. A real need, handled.
Tyler Booker at Round 2, Pick 26 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Steal is underselling it; Gunnar Helm at the Round 3 slot is a heist with the alarm still ringing. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
