It is the swing that defines the weekend: Gabe Jacas in pick 117, a good 172 spots before the room expected him. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

They banked enough surplus on Singleton to cover a lot of smaller sins. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it.

The Patriots clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but safety.
