The Cowboys lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They are betting Pratt proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

On value alone, Jackson makes the weekend a net positive. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
