Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Joe Milton III at pick 174 is 42 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. However the rest shakes out, Watts at that price is a win they earned.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 29th pick they get a long-term starter on the line. Exactly the need they had to hit.
They left a pile of value on the table to take Marshawn Kneeland this early at Round 2, Pick 24. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
