The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Packers watched Jha'Quan Jackson slide 41 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Every board in the league had Williams lower, and that gap is the story.

Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
