After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Vikings committed. J.J. McCarthy is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

If McCarthy pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The Liufau value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.

In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
