There is conviction, and then there is this. The Patriots took Barryn Sorrell a full 77 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.
That Tuten pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.
The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
