Thirty-one other rooms let Jaylen Wright slide, and the Cowboys were the ones holding the card at the 231st pick. Highway robbery. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.

A offensive lineman of that caliber at Round 7, Pick 22 is the definition of value, full stop. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
