The rest of the league had time to spare on Marvin Jones Jr.; the Buccaneers did not wait, grabbing him 220 spots ahead at Round 4, Pick 16.
If one pick saves this weekend, it is Allen. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.
Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

A wild overpay on Owen Heinecke in pick 195, the sort that defines a class for the wrong reasons. A want more than a need, though you can never have too many.
They talked themselves into Damonic Williams at the Round 7 slot, and the board did not agree. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
