Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Cowboys spent the 62nd overall pick on Trevor Etienne, a name the board had a full 33 spots lower.
A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most. A fair-value weekend of trading, no edge to be found.
Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.

In the 30th pick they get a centerpiece for the ground game. A clean fit for the roster.
