The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Packers reached some 31 spots for Garret Greenfield, and value like that does not grow back. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

The Polk steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Packers indulged a want in Bishop while a need in edge rusher, quarterback and other spots stayed open.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
