The cost of the Hartman reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

With wide receiver and interior defensive lineman unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.
