They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Reaching for Jacobs left real value on the table behind him.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In the 32nd overall pick they get a long-term starter on the line. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Brian Thomas Jr. in No. 64 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Tyler Davis in pick No. 95 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
