The real work happened on the phones. The Bills fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with.

They will need Curry to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Kilgore pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
