The weekend has a hole in the middle of it named quarterback, a need the Chiefs walked right past. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The McGlothern pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.

No drama and no debate, Troy Franklin went about where he belonged in the 32nd overall pick. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Patrick Paul at pick 64 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
