You build a draft on nights like this. Bryce Boettcher had no business being available in pick No. 201, and the 49ers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

Lawrence has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
