After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
If Corley pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.
Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Spann-Ford pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
