Some picks age like wine; Keaten Wade at the 221st overall pick will need to, sitting 154 spots clear of his grade. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.

Pick-by-Pick
By-the-book stuff, Kenneth Grant at the 27th overall pick squarely in line with his ranking. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
No drama and no debate, Tyler Warren went about where he belonged in pick No. 39. The roster fit checks out.
A real head-scratcher, Ozzy Trapilo in No. 58 is miles ahead of his ranking. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
They left a pile of value on the table to take Kevin Winston Jr. this early at the Round 3 slot. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
A wild overpay on Sonny Styles in the 80th pick, the sort that defines a class for the wrong reasons. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Jake Majors in pick 91 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Nicholas Singleton in Round 4, Pick 5 is fair value, right on his grade. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Value said wait; Jake Slaughter in the 141st pick says they were not listening. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Keaten Wade in pick 221 is a bet on their own eyes over everyone else's grade. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Luke Lachey well ahead of where he belonged. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Jarquez Hunter at the 235th overall pick is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
