Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Patriots were there to profit. Le'Veon Moss, the No. 147 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 241. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
Every board in the league had Dennis-Sutton lower, and that gap is the story. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In the Round 1 slot they get a weapon on the perimeter at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Tate Ratledge in the 38th pick lands just on the right side of the ledger. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.

Jordan Hancock in No. 220 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Steal is underselling it; Le'Veon Moss at slot 241 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
