Somebody in Round 5, Pick 27 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Eagles sat still while Devin Neal, the No. 82 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Little to argue with here, and the A says so.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.
In the end it comes back to Abdul Carter, and a haul good enough to build on right away.

Somehow Devin Neal was still sitting there in pick No. 164, and they pounced on premier running back value. The roster fit checks out.
