For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Cowboys walked out of the weekend still thin at wide receiver, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
