The phones were a trap the Eagles kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. A D+ that will need time and luck to look better.

They will need Delp to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Haulcy.

On the needs board they went 8 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most.
