Every other box got a look, but edge rusher did not. The Packers will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with.
Landing Worthy that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
Pick-by-Pick
In No. 25 they get a long-term starter on the line at fair value. A real need, handled.
Nice patience on Quinyon Mitchell, who had no business lasting to the 41st overall pick. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
A tidy bit of business in the 57th pick, where Xavier Worthy graded well above the range. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Fair-plus on Braden Fiske, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
By-the-book stuff, Audric Estime at Round 3, Pick 28 squarely in line with his ranking. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Good price on Malik Washington in the Round 4 slot, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
