A franchise passer in Daniels headlines a A- weekend for the Patriots.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

However the rest shakes out, Morgan at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

If Van Pran pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Bottom line, with Jayden Daniels leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
