For all the boxes ticked, the Cardinals skipped the loudest one: quarterback is exactly as bare as it was. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.
The Green pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Every board in the league had Walker lower, and that gap is the story. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 2 of 8 of the wish list covered.
The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
