Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Patriots spent the 140th overall pick on Will Sheppard, a name the board had a full 150 spots lower.

On value alone, Frazier makes the weekend a net positive. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

If Travis Hunter and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
