The Patriots spent the pick that matters most on Jayden Daniels, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. Jackson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
Every board in the league had Oladapo lower, and that gap is the story.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
