Thirty-one other rooms let Jaeden Roberts slide, and the Seahawks were the ones holding the card at No. 188. Highway robbery.
Every board in the league had Stewart lower, and that gap is the story. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
Pick-by-Pick
Steal is underselling it; Sonny Styles at No. 48 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Emmanuel McNeil-Warren at the 64th pick is the proof. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
A wide receiver of that caliber at Round 3, Pick 32 is the definition of value, full stop. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Jaeden Roberts at slot 188 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
They reached into another round for Terion Stewart, and the board is nowhere close to agreeing. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
