After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.
The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Hadden falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
The cost of the Foster reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
