For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Cardinals walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.
However the rest shakes out, Fautanu at that price is a win they earned. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.
They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.

In the 4th pick they get a go-to option on the outside. Exactly the need they had to hit.
In Round 1, Pick 27 they get protection for the quarterback, outstanding value to boot. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
By-the-book stuff, Junior Colson at the 43rd overall pick squarely in line with his ranking. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
